John Pasco, III has over 40 years of experience in the Financial Services and Securities industries. His commitment to fund management and customer service led to the formation of Commonwealth Shareholder Services, Inc. in 1983 and First Dominion Capital Corporation in 1985.
As CSS and FDCC Founder, Director, Chairman and President, Mr. Pasco has administered, managed and underwritten numerous funds including international, equity, fixed income, and emerging markets funds. His dedication to providing superior, customized solutions is reflected by the continued satisfaction of our clients.
John serves as Chairman, President, Trustee and Principal Executive Officer of World Funds Trust. He holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 99 securities licenses.
Mr. Pasco graduated from Virginia Military Institute in 1967. Afterwards, he joined the Army Security Agency (ASA) where he served for two years in the Military Internal Division as an intelligence officer. Mr. Pasco's graduate studies at Georgia State centered on finance and insurance. He received his Masters of Business Administration in 1971 and the following year was conferred a Masters of Insurance degree.
Prior to forming Commonwealth Shareholder Services, Inc., Mr. Pasco worked for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for 8 years where he held a variety of positions in the divisions of Corporate Finance, Market Surveillance, and Investment Management. In addition to his experience with the SEC, Mr. Pasco worked as a security analyst for both J.C. Wheat & Company and Branch Cabell. Mr. Pasco added to his background knowledge of the financial industry through positions of Risk Manager at General Medical and Fleet Accountant for the Division of Investment Management.
